ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup 2026: Full List Of Matches

The ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup 2026 is scheduled to take place from 15 January to 6 February 2026 in Zimbabwe and Namibia.

The 16-team event will feature 41 matches across 23 days, marking the 16th edition of cricket’s premier youth tournament.

The teams have been split into four groups of four teams. After playing in a single round-robin format, the tournament will enter a Super Six phase. This will be followed by two semi-finals and the final.

Reserve days have been allotted for all knockout fixtures to ensure smooth conduct of the tournament.

The World Cup opens on 15 January with three matches, headlined by last edition’s runners-up India facing the USA. Hosts Zimbabwe will take on Scotland, while Tanzania will make history by playing their first-ever match at a global ICC event, facing the West Indies.

Defending champions Australia begin their title defence on 16 January in Windhoek with a clash against Ireland.

Ten teams qualified automatically based on their performance at the 2024 World Cup, joining hosts Zimbabwe, while five teams secured their spots through regional qualifiers.

Among the competing nations, Japan returns for only its second U19 World Cup appearance, having debuted in 2020. Tanzania are set to make their debut in a global ICC event, adding a new chapter to the growth of cricket across Africa.

For the second consecutive edition, traditional rivals India and Pakistan have been placed in separate groups.
