2. Manchester City – 8 Titles

3. Chelsea – 5 Titles
Chelsea as a club was struggling in the early 2000s and was on the verge of a financial crisis. But their fortunes changed after Russian billionaire Roman Abramovic took over the club in 2003 and pumped in millions to help the club achieve tons of success.

4. Arsenal – 3 Titles
The Gunners have three three Premier League titles so far. They lifted their first title was in the 1997-1998 then a second in 2001-2002 but their crowning glory was in the 2003-2004 season where they went the entire campaign unbeaten, a feat which has never been surpassed in the annals of the Premier League.
