Women’s T20 World Cup 2026: List Of All Matches, Venues

The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 will get rolling on June 12. This is the 10th edition of the cricket tournament. 

The event will feature 12 teams, divided into two groups of six sides each.

While most of the teams for the tournament have already been confirmed, the final four sides will be decided through an ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier next year.

Hosts England will take on Sri Lanka in the opening match of the tournament at Edgbaston, Birmingham.

New Zealand are the defending champions who will begin their title defence against the West Indies on the second day of the tournament. 

The T20 Women’s World Cup 2026 will culminate with the final set to take place on July 5.

Women’s T20 World Cup 2026: Format

Under the format, all teams will play against the other teams from their respective group once in a single round-robin format. The top two teams from each group at the end of all the group will qualify for the semi-finals.

The winner of Group 1 will face the runners-up of Group 2 in one semi-final, while the winner of Group 2 will take on the runners-up of Group 1 in the other.

The Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 will be hosted across seven venues in England. The semi-finals will be held at The Oval, while the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 final will be hosted at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London.
